Testosterone Production
Research has shown that supplementing a diet with zinc and with magnesium both can lead to an increase in the endogenous testosterone production in young athletes.
The dosages for zinc and magnesium as they have been used in this research are extremely high. Such doses in the short term lead to a substantial increase in testosterone production. In the longer term this high intake of magnesium and especially zinc is not safe!
Fortunately the extreme high usage of zinc and magnesium is not necessary in the long run. We recommend to use 1 to 2 capsules of Natural T-Booster on a daily basis. Two capsules contain the safe upper limit for zinc intake. This provides a safe way for optimal zinc status in the longer term. An optimal zinc status is crucial for optimal testosterone production.
Aside from that, 2 capsules of Natural T-Booster contain significant amounts of magnesium and ginger root extract for a synergistic effect.
Administration in animals demonstrates that also ginger root can lead to an increase in the endogenous testosterone production. Research on this aspect has not yet been conducted on humans. However, in contrast to controversial testosterone enhancing herbs, ginger root is a normal food component and safe in use. Ginger root is even very healthy and supports muscle recovery after intense exercise.
In a cereal and/or dairy-rich diet zinc and magnesium are the most useful minerals to replenish. Vegetarians can also greatly benefit from a supplement with zinc.
Contraindications and warnings
Not to be used in conjunction with blood-thinning drugs, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not take on an empty stomach.
