Customers question:
Why is there a tiny puncture in the seal?
This small hole is a deliberate part of the seal and ensures that the jars don’t dent or swell due to pressure differences between the place of production and the location where the product is shipped.

The sidewalls of the jars are relatively thin, making them very sensitive to pressure changes. Without this ventilation hole, air can get trapped inside the jar, causing it to dent or swell. This doesn’t look very appealing ;-)

This ventilation is completely safe and a standard solution in the industry. The powder remains dry as long as the lid is closed.

Customers question:
Dear powersupplements,
I travel a lot and love to make my shake for breakfast. But I cannot travel with a1000g pack, do you have traveling size packs?
Hi Lavie,

A Pea Protein sample pack would be a great solution in this case. Unfortunately we only have sample packs for our Whey Protein Isolate.

I'm sorry we cannot help you with this.
