180 softgel capsules of 1000 mg of fish oil (of which 480 mg Omega-3 acids, of which 210 mg EPA and 150 mg DHA).
The recommended use of Omega-3 is 1 to 2 capsules per day. The capsules may be taken simultaneously or distributed throughout the day. It is preferable to take the capsules at mealtime(s) or with plenty of water.
Do not take more than 2 capsules per day without discussing this with a doctor. Heart patients are advised to use Omega-3 only after consultation with a doctor.
Do not surpass the maximum recommended dosage. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

This fish oil is a very pure brand product and is made by the Canadian-Dutch company Stepan Lipid Nutrition. It has a higher than standard concentration of good Omega-3 fatty acids. And all that for a very low price that can be compared to that of the lowest-priced generic standard fish oils from the pharmacy or supermarket.
Fish oil is a dietary supplement with an incredible broad effect. It contributes to:

The extra amount of carbohydrates can also be used for building muscle mass. After all, the muscle detects that it has a larger amount of available energy and will therefore more likely spend extra energy to the energy-consuming constructive processes.
Fish oil helps with weight loss, even if you don't do anything for it! That's because it promotes fat burning at rest. More fats are burned relative to carbohydrates. All in all this is a supplement that should not be missing from any power athlete's pantry!

The regular consumption of fatty fish is recommended by the national health councils of many European countries. Fatty fish has a beneficial effect on our health. It has a broad influence, and scientists agree that the majority of the beneficial effects on health can be attributed to the fatty acids EPA and DHA the fatty fish contains.
Despite of the health benefits, not everyone enjoys eating fish. Some people do not like the taste. Others are (rightly so) concerned about the contamination of fatty fish from seas and nurseries. The fish could contain high levels of mercury, PCBs, dioxins and other toxic substances.
Because of the convenience, the absence of a fishy taste, or the purity many people choose to use fish oil in capsules. Two capsules amply provide the daily amount of good fatty acids as recommended by the national health boards.
Because the earlier mentioned pollution is mainly concentrated in the oil, it is important to use a fish oil that is as clean as possible.
