180 capsules. One capsule 25 micrograms vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (500% RDA*, 1000 IU) and 75 micrograms vitamin K2 type MK-7 (menaquinone) (100% RDA*) in an oil base for better absorption.
*RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance.
Take 1 - 2 capsules daily with a meal that preferably contains some fat or oil. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements can complement a healthy lifestyle but are no substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet provides enough vitamins.
