just got today myfirst order banana taste from Power Suplemnts, and i find it perfect, and the price/quality is great...from now on this is the place to be ....must try also other products...

I use this shake with 1/4 cup coconut milk and 3/4 cup water or 1 cup of coconut water (unsweetend) then I add 1 cup of berries and 1 tablespoon of chia. It is really great. I 've received this receipt from a great nutritionist JJ Virgin.
